Often enough when I walk past Yishun Central row of shophouses to get to my optometrist, I will always see a crowd of people at this particular shop slurping away happily at their bowls of Laksa. And if the crowd was not enough, there would be a queue with people “ta-paoing” the delicious noodle dish. [...]
