The Prelude To Christmas, My Roast Chicken
Tomorrow is Christmas and you can really feel the spirit in the air. Everything being warm and fuzzy, where there are carols being played over the radio and on Youtube.
It is days like this when I would want to sit back next to open fire, and have a nice big pot of chestnuts slowly roasting in its warm flames. But to have a fireplace in Singapore, is a little difficult. Heh.
So I settled for the next best thing. Roasted a chicken at home and stuffed it with a generous portion of chestnut stuffing and dressed all up in a colourful variety of white, red, brown, yellow and green. Its as though the chicken itself would be going to a Christmas party.
